Microsoft Releases Internet Explorer 8 Web Browser Beta
Microsoft Corporation gave in the early hours testers their number one glimpse of its next-generation Web browser Wednesday, and said Internet Explorer 8 will hold on to the same standards as rival’ programme.
Microsoft’s browsers, together with the current Internet Explorer 7, gained disrepute among Web developers for managing Web page code in a different way than Firefox, Safari, Netscape Navigator and others browsers.
Microsoft said the new version of the web browser, when complete, will maintain industry-standard versions of the code that tells web browser what Web pages should look like, together with CSS 2.1, by default.
Microsoft bring out a few features in the new browser that may request more to average Web users. For example, right clicking on a Website page will give you more “to-do” options than you would notice today. Users will be able to “Send to Facebook,” “Map with Live Search” or “Define with Dictionary.com” with a fast click.
Internet Explorer 8 can be set up on Microsoft Windows Vista® Service Pack 1 (SP1), Windows Vista, Windows XP® Service Pack 2 (SP2), Windows Server® 2008 and Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2).
New features of Internet Internet Explorer 8:
Activities: Activities are background services to rapidly access a service from any website.

Favorites Bar: Favorites bar to facilitate users to link this bar as a place to put and simply access all their favorite web pages and contents such as links, feeds, WebSlices and even Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
Automatic Crash Recovery: Automatic Crash Recovery (ACR) is a feature of Internet Explorer 8 that can assist to forbid the loss of work
Improved Phishing Filter: a feature which assist notify users when they visit a phishing website.
